Composition de la Soupe : Dans un Blender Chauffant Soup & Co mettre les DÉS DE BUTTERNUT et de POMMES DE TERRE, l'OIGNON, le CÈPE SÉCHÉ, 2/3 des CHÂTAIGNES grillées, 1 cuillère à café de BOUILLON DE LÉGUMES, 1/3 de cuillère à café de SAUGE, SALER, POIVRER et mouillez avec 500ml de LAIT - Faire cuire 35 minutes à 100°C sur le Programme 1 - Mixer pendant 5 minutes supplémentaires
  6. Dressage : Remplir chaque assiette de SOUPE - Ajoutez au centre 1 cuillère à soupe de CHÂTAIGNES DORÉES et entourer de CROÛTONS
